A Proposal for Kalibre
A digital sanctuary for Of Eros, and the system that carries it to the people who have been waiting for it.
What it did not have underneath it was architecture. A place for the work to live that is as considered as the work itself, and a path that carries a stranger from the first thing they see all the way to a ticket in their hand.
That is what follows. Two offerings that fit together. One builds the ground Of Eros stands on. The other is the ongoing work of reaching people and bringing them home.
November is roughly three months out. A launch wants two and a half to three months of runway to sell properly, which means the window is open right now and will not be open much longer. Everything here is shaped around that.
The digital real estate of this movement. Five worlds, one living system, built to hold everything Of Eros becomes.
Of Eros is not one event. It is a parent brand with a cabaret, the Muses, the men's and women's work, and the rites of passage still to come. A website built for the cabaret alone would need rebuilding the moment the next thing arrives.
So we start with intensive strategy sessions, you and me, with Jessica in the room whenever it serves. We work through the vision until it has structure. Then we build it out visually in Miro: the full ecosystem drawn as one organism, every offering, every path a person can take through it, the full descent from first contact to purchase, and the architecture that holds it. You will be able to look at one board and see the entire business.

Each world is its own experience rather than a template with the words swapped. The roots are the work nobody sees, and they are the reason the rest holds.
Long calls, not check-ins. We work the vision until it has edges: what Of Eros is, what sits under it, what order it unfolds in, and what each thing is actually called. Jessica belongs in every one of these. By the end you can describe the whole business in one breath, and so can anyone you bring in.
A Miro board that draws Of Eros as a single organism. The Cabaret, the Muses, the men's and women's work, the rites of passage still to come, and every path a person can walk between them. When someone asks how the pieces connect, you send a link instead of an explanation.
Letterforms chosen and tuned for this brand rather than picked off a menu, built alongside what Jessica has already made so the two read as one hand. Type is the part of a brand people feel before they have read a word of it.
Motion, transitions, and interactive pieces written for this site and no other. The intent is that someone arrives and feels they have crossed a threshold rather than opened a page, and that the feeling holds on the second visit.
Home, About, Contact, Blog, and the sales pages. Each one paced differently and lit differently, each doing one job properly, all carrying the same signature so the site still reads as one place.
Every word written from your context rather than poured into the layout at the end. Your voice held steady, with the structure doing the persuading underneath it, so nothing on the page has to raise its voice.
Architecture, metadata, and a blog built to rank from the first day rather than retrofitted in six months. The aim is that someone searching for a conscious cabaret in Austin finds Of Eros before they find anything else, and that the blog keeps earning that position.
More people now ask an assistant than open a search bar. We structure the site so that when someone asks Claude or ChatGPT what it means to hold the erotic with reverence, Of Eros is what gets named.
Built in Framer and handed over with a video walkthrough of how to change anything yourself. Swap an image, rewrite a line, publish, inside a minute. Anything structural, send it over and it comes back within two days.
A following is rented. An email list is owned. Thirteen pieces a month, and the backend that moves people across that line.
Growing the Of Eros page matters, and not because the number matters. A real following is market validation. It is the signal that tells someone arriving for the first time that this is legitimate and that it is safe to lean in.
But a follower is a person you are renting from a platform. An email address is a person you can reach on the morning tickets go live, whatever the algorithm decides that week. Every piece of this retainer is built to move people across that line.

Cut in the style we build together in the first week, with the flow left intact rather than chopped into fast clips. Whatever you do not use rolls into the next month instead of expiring. When the numbers say raise the count, we raise it.
Everett's footage carries the atmosphere, and it should. But reach comes from you speaking straight to camera with that footage running underneath. The ratio between those two is the single biggest lever on how fast this grows.
Each caption written twice over: once for the person reading it, once for the index. In your voice, so a piece keeps surfacing months after it posts. If writing them is part of how you process the work, they stay yours.
Cadence, format mix, hook structure, and how each piece sets up the next. Instagram leads. TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X get the same work repositioned for how each platform actually behaves, rather than the same file dropped in four places.
Hooks, openings, lengths, covers, and posting windows run against each other continuously, and what wins feeds the next batch rather than a monthly report nobody opens. Four platforms means four sets of learnings, not one average.
Resources built around the topics you already speak to, designed to the standard of something you would charge for. The reaction we are engineering is precise: if this is what she gives away, what must the room itself be.
Keyword, copy, branching logic, and A/B tests on each branch. Someone comments, and within seconds they are in a conversation that reads like a person rather than a bot, and it ends with them holding something worth having.
Every address lands in Kit tagged by the exact piece and topic that brought them in. Behind each automation sits a sequence that keeps giving, so by the time there is a ticket to buy, they have already received more than they gave and the ask lands as an invitation.
A Notion workspace built to run this business: content from idea to scripted to filmed to dropped, the task board, the magnets, the automations, all in one place. Built for you, walked through on video, and yours to keep whatever happens between us.
The vision stays yours. The architecture we build together.
Outer Presence
A platform that promises everything in one has holes in everything. We use purpose-built apps that are each the best at their job, connected so they behave like one system. You keep a clear picture of how your own business runs, and you are never waiting on us to make a change.
Comment to direct message automation. It does the heavy lifting the moment someone raises a hand, and it hands the email straight to Kit.
Formerly ConvertKit, and the best creator-first email platform there is. Capture, tagging, segmentation, delivery, and all the email marketing happen here.
Where courses, cohorts, and community live when the Muses work and the rites of passage are ready. Fully customizable, unlike the alternatives. Not needed on day one.
Where the site lives. Roughly thirty dollars a month, paid by you directly, and simple enough that you can change a line of copy and publish it in under a minute.

While you are producing the event, our team keeps working on the site quietly, so there are drafts waiting for you to review and clear rather than a project waiting to start.
A landing page that carries the room itself: the imagery from June, the footage Everett shot, and animation that moves the way the night moved. This is the page that turns someone who is curious into someone holding a ticket, and it is the one thing we cannot wait on.
We take the raw footage you already have and start turning pieces around inside twenty four to seventy two hours. The first week is spent iterating on style until it is unmistakably yours, then we go to volume.
Lead magnets designed, ManyChat automations built and tested, and Kit set up so every email arriving is tagged by where it came from. From this point forward the audience compounds instead of scattering.
Home, about, contact, and blog grown in the background while your attention is on producing November. You review drafts when you have space rather than on our schedule, and after the cabaret we finish it in full.
Strategy sessions, the ecosystem map, custom type, five worlds, copy, SEO, AI search, and the handoff.
Secure the FoundationThirteen pieces, captions, posting, testing, lead magnets, ManyChat, email marketing, and the second brain.
Begin the RetainerBank transfer by ACH is preferred, and it is the option we would ask you to take where possible, because card processing takes a percentage that is better spent on the work. If a card is the right call for you, that is completely fine, just let me know first so we can handle it properly.
The work already lands in the room. This is how it reaches past it.
Sit with it. When you are ready, we start with context, and by the time I am back from the UK we are already moving.
